Tasting comments
Pretty ruby colour with glints of purple. Fine and rich nose unfolding blackberries notes tinged with oaky notes.
To be served with
It will go nicely with delicatessen such as 'grenier médocain' (typical delicatessen from the Bordeaux area) or 'andouillette' (small chitterling tripes usage usually served grilled).
