Maceration during 3 weeks. Alcoolic fermentation under 28°C temperature.

Its outstanding intense garnet does make an impression.

Grilled, fruity and spicy flavours. Enticing and explosive nose.

Powerful with forward tannins.

Mouth-filling, rounded and fleshy with a long finish on delicate timbered notes.

This full-bodied wine will be excellent with game or grill joint.

To be kept a few more years to taste it at its best.
