Harvest coming from high density vines. Long vinification in small concrele tanks. Maceration during 3 weeks.
Alcoolic fermentation under 28°C temperature.
Law pumping -over by hand.

Tasting comments

deep garnet colour. Blackcurrant , spicy and coffee flavours.
Mouth-filling, rounded and fleshy with a long finish on delicate roasted notes.

To be served with

This full-bodied wine will be excellent with game or grilled joint. To be kept a few more years to tasle it at its best.
