The wine run off with optimal color. Settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless vat. Temperature between 14°c and 18°c.

Its outstanding raspberry colour is an invitation.Feisty and crisp wine.Fresh and flowery nose,very aromatic,lip-smaking and luscious.Lively and fresh to the palate with pronounced red fruit flavours. long and lingering finish. A real treat and a good pick for the summer.

Too much to choose from to go with this wine...barbecue,pizza, mixed salad, fresh cheese. To be served around 8-9° that's to say a few minutes after taking it out of the fridge.
