Vinification and ageing
Harvest coming from high density vines.
Alcoholic fermentation under 28°C temperature. Light maceration in order to extract fruits aromas and eliminate grass savours and vegetal tanins.
2 pumping-over by day corresponding one half tank volume were made.
We kept the must temperature between 26°C and 30°C.
The maceration lasted 2 weeks with a 30°C temperature.

Tasting comments
A great ruby colour. First Vanilla and oak notes appear then red fruits and raspberries flavours.In the mouth this is a rounded wine with soft tanins.Long finish with vanilla and fruity aromas.
To be served with
This sturdy wine will go nicely with meat,lamb, stews.
