Wine quality is unquestionable due to soil, climate, and work in the vineyard. Members of the Lugon Cooperative cellar pay extremely close attention to their vines, from pruning to picking.
The Union des Producteurs provides technical advice concerning all aspects of viticulture, as well as respecting legal requirements and how each member can best produce wine in keeping with consumer expectations.
VINEYARD POLICY
The cooperative's vineyard policy consists of coordinating practices in order to make the sorts of wines that consumers are looking for.
This policy defines production objectives in keeping with sustainable development and respect for the environment. We also make several different cuvées from separate plots according to precise specifications and with a particular style of wine in mind.
