SOIL SURVEYS
Understanding our terroir enables us to achieve each plot's full potential.
This is why we commissioned a soil survey in conjunction with trainees from ENITA (École Nationale d'Ingénieurs des Travaux Agricoles ) in Bordeaux.
Thanks to the detailed analysis of soil pits, we now have an excellent idea of the geological profile of all our vineyards.
This study showed which grape varieties were best suited to each plot in order to make the best quality wine and to fine tune the final blend for each cuvée.
