Our cellar master adapts winemaking to each lot, combining traditional methods with very modern ones such as thermovinification.
The Cave de Lugon is well-known for their know-how in producing Bordeaux Rosés.
All the rosé wines are "bled" from vats of red wine. This makes for a deep colour, vivaciousness, and good structure justifying these wines' fine reputation.
 
The Union des Producteurs has invested in updating their winemaking facilities from the very beginning.
Their ageing cellars contain 40% concrete vats and 60% stainless steel vats.
Despite the difficult economic climate, the Cellar continues to introduce modern equipment and, for instance, purchased temperature-controlled concrete vats in 2009.
